Gerald “Jerry” Lawson designed one of the earliest game consoles, the Channel F, and also led the team that invented the game cartridge, a defining innovation in how games were made and sold.

Lewis Howard Latimer was a member of Thomas Edison’s research team and later became the head draftsman for General Electric. This patent, issued in 1882, improved the stability of electric lamps.

Credited for switching wired Technology to internet protocol.

Holds over 200 patents and currently serves as the VP of Engineering at Google.
